It is provided with stainless steel 304 / 316 quality hopper and processing chamber and the beaters and scrapper blades are made in stainless steel. Multi Mills can be used widely for wet & dry granulation, pulverization etc in various type of applications such as pharmaceutical, cosmetic, dyes, colours, food products etc. It operates on the principal of variable force swing beaters having knife and impact edges rotating within a selected screen to get the required size reduction. Multimill

Multimill is used for granulating, pulverising, shredding and chopping of materials. Odd-size crystalline material / granules can be reduced to the required size by fitting interchangeable perforated screens around the swing hammer blades. The output varies from 50 to 200 kg/hr depending on the characteristics of the powder and mesh size required. Communiting Mill

Communiting Mill has been specifically designed for wet and dry granulation, pulverization or dispersion of products or ingredients found in the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries. Product fed in the hopper slides down to the enclosed chamber, where it is milled in between horizontal beaters and screen to the required mesh/micron size which can be collected at output container. Knife edge is used for coarse or large particles and impact or flat edge for finer particles. High speed is used for grinding, low speed for coarser particles.

Colloid Mill

Colloid Mill is used for homogenizing, emulsifying, dispersing, mixing, extracting etc., catering to the needs of several industries; such as Pharmaceutical Industry, Chemical Industry, Textile Industry etc. The product is subjected to high shearing, cutting, and rubbing forces between two toothed surfaces. The product, while passing down the hopper, initially gets sized in the preliminary breaking drum where it is broken and thrown into the first stator tooth stage. Due to conical arrangement and the centrifugal effect of the rotor rotating at a speed of 2800 r.p.m., the material is forced into second tooth stage. The tooth design of the grinding set causes powerful transients that subject the particle with high forces, Intensity of which increases as product reaches the lowest grinding stage.The ground material continuously leaves the mill through the outlet pipe and if required, can be recirculated.
