ADM appoints new corporate treasurer, Rachel Hudson

CHICAGO, US: Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM) has appointed Rachel Hudson to the position of vice president and treasurer. In this role, she will oversee all treasury activities globally, including funding and capital markets, currency risk-management and worldwide banking activities.

Hudson is currently the chief financial officer (CFO) for the company’s corn processing business. In addition to her treasury role, she will continue to serve as CFO.

Hudson joined ADM in 2002 and has held leadership positions in the company’s finance, treasury and commodity-trading functions in US, Brazil, Germany and Switzerland.

Previously, she was chief financial officer for the company’s South American businesses. Based in Sao Paulo, she oversaw finance, treasury, credit, controlling, IT, shared services, and commodity trade execution and administration for the region.
