Airgas acquires four welding businesses for $20 million

Airgas acquires four welding businesses for $20 million

RADNOR, US: Airgas Inc has acquired the assets and operations of four businesses that complement the Airgas portfolio of products and services. Combined annual revenues for the four acquired businesses are approximately $20 million. Financial terms of the transactions were not disclosed.

The four businesses acquired by Air gas are US Welding & Safety Supply Co; Rebel Welding & Industrial Supply Inc; Sadler Welding Products LLC; and Rochester Welding Supply Corp.
