Asian Paints announces divestment of Berger Paints Singapore

MUMBAI, INDIA: Asian Paints announced that Asian Paints International (APIPL), Singapore, wholly owned subsidiary of the company, has divested its entire stake in Berger Paints Singapore, wholly owned subsidiary of APIPL to Omega Property Investment, Australia.

The transaction was concluded for a consideration of SGD 4 million.

Asian Paints Limited is an Indian multinational paint company headquartered in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The company is engaged in the business of manufacturing, selling and distribution of paints, coatings, products related to home decor, bath fittings and providing of related services.
