BioAmber elects AltaCorp Capital’s CEO to its board of directors

MONTREAL, CANADA: BioAmber Inc said that it has elected George F J Gosbee as a Class II director to its board of directors, effective immediately, replacing Henry ‘Pete’ Linsert, Jr who resigned for personal reasons.

Gosbee will hold office until the 2018 stockholders annual meeting, serving on the nominating, corporate governance committee and the compensation committee.

Currently, Gosbee serves as the chairman, president and CEO of AltaCorp Capital Inc, having extensive experience in capital markets and oil & gas industry.
