Anthony Gerace new Managing Director for Mergers & Acquisitions Brenntag

MULHEIM AN DER RUHR, GERMANY: Brenntag, the global market leader in chemical distribution, has promoted Anthony Gerace as Managing Director Mergers & Acquisitions for the Group, effective from 1 March 2014. In this new position Anthony Gerace will lead the Group’s Mergers & Acquisitions team to focus on further expansion, in line with Brenntag’s strategy. Anthony Gerace will report to Steven Holland, Chief Executive Officer.
