ROTTERDAM, THE NETHERLANDS: Caldic BV, distributor and producer of food ingredients and chemicals, has successfully completed the acquisition of Sollaari Oy in Finland, expanding its business in the Nordic and Baltic food ingredients markets. Caldic and Sollaari, suppliers of food ingredients, will integrate their activities enabling the company to offer a wider product portfolio and extend their range of value added services to its customers in the food, feed and pharma industries.
