TONGLING, CHINA: Cathay Industries Group, Hong Kong-based manufacturer of iron oxide and chrome oxide pigments, together with Tonghua Group will build a new, state-of-the-art production plant for yellow, red and black iron oxide pigments in Tongling, Anhui Province, China.
The joint venture plant to be known as Rely Science & Technology Co Ltd, will use the most modern technology, including fully integrated waste stream recycling. In stage one, the capacity will be 100,000 metric tonne per annum, stage two will see expansion to 150,000 metric tonne per annum.
