China extends anti-dumping measures for hydrazine hydrates

China extends anti-dumping measures for hydrazine hydrates


BEIJING, CHINA: The Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) has taken a decision on dumping concerning hydrazine hydrate imported from Japan, Korea, US and France. According to MOFCOM decision, dumping and damage on China’s hydrazine hydrate industry would continue if it terminates anti-dumping measures on such products.

The Tax Commission under the State Council, MOFCOM decided to continue levying anti-dumping duties in the light of scope and anti-dumping duty rates and implementing price for 5 years as of June 17, 2011.

As response to petition by domestic industry, MOFCOM released the decision in announcement number 34 of 2010 on June 17, 2010 to make final review on anti-dumping measures on hydrazine hydrate imports from Japan, ROK, US and France.
