DENKA group gets new president, Shinsuke Yoshitaka

TOKYO, JAPAN: Denki Kagaku Kogyo Kabushiki Kaisha (DENKA) on 9 February, 2011 announced a change of directors and officers, which will be effective from 1 April, 2011. Shinsuke Yoshitaka has been appointed as the new President for the DENKA Group from previously being the Director. The present president of the DENKA Group, Seiki Kawabata will resign as a director in June 2011.
