TOKYO, JAPAN: DIC Corporation announced the change in its representative directors. Yoshiyuki Nakanishi will assume the position of President and CEO, effective from 1 April 2012. Nakanishi who currently holds the position of Director and Executive Officer will succeed Kazuo Sugie as the President and CEO. Sugie will resign as Representative Director, President and CEO and assume the position of Director and Chairman of the Board from 1 April 2012.
