TAIPEI, TAIWAN: DKSH signed an agreement to expand Borer Chemie’s customer base by providing high-level technical sales and offering customer support and after-sales services in Taiwan. DKSH Taiwan’s comprehensive network in the photovoltaic and semiconductor industry has made DKSH the partner of choice for Borer Chemie.
Residue-free cleaning of surfaces plays a vital role today in virtually every industrial manufacturing process, where perfect cleaning enhances products’ quality. Across the production chains of the photovoltaic and semiconductor industries, cleaning is carried out at many points, whether the production process is based on crystalline silicon or thin-film technology. Borer Chemie has long been at the forefront of the development and optimization of aqueous cleaning processes for use in the manufacture of flat panel displays.
“Quality management systems and increasingly stringent environmental legislation has led to more and more attention being focused on aqueous cleaning techniques. We are confident that Borer Chemie’s high-quality detergent will meet with great interest in Taiwan. Their technology perfectly matches our portfolio in the photovoltaic, display, and semiconductor industries, and we look forward to creating another success story in the region,” said Thomas Terranova, Managing Director, Business Unit Technology, DKSH Taiwan.
