DSM repurchase of shares worth € 16.6 million


HEERLEN, THE NETHERLANDS: Royal DSM, has repurchased 376,582 of its own shares in the period from 1 April 2011 up to and including 7 April 2011 at an average price of € 43.97. This is in accordance with the repurchase, covering existing option plans, announced on 23 February 2011. The consideration of this repurchase was € 16.6 million. The total number of shares repurchased under this programme to date is 2,501,298 shares for a total consideration of EUR 107.0 million.
