HELSINKI, FINLAND: Following seven years as President and CEO of Dynea group, Roger Carlstedt will retire on February 28, 2011. After Carlstedt’s retirement, the group will be managed by Nina Kopola, Executive Vice President and President Dynea Europe, and Per Haga, Executive Vice President and President Dynea Asia Pacific. Also Nina Kopola has been appointed as acting President of the group as of March 1, 2011.
Under Carlstedt’s management the company developed into a customer-focused and innovative global leader in high performance adhesion and surfacing solutions. Simultaneously, the company has focused on expansion in emerging markets, for example, investments in Russia and China. Having successfully come out of the global economic down-turn, the company is now ready for its next phase of development.
Nina Kopola apart from being the acting President of the group will also continue in her role as Executive Vice President and President Dynea Europe. Haga too will continue in his role as Executive Vice President and President Dynea Asia Pacific.
