DyStar acquires Anglostar and subsidiaries

CHARLOTTE, US: DyStar LP has completed the acquisition of Anglostar LLC and its subsidiaries Anglostar Colombia SAS, Anglostar Ecuador SA and Anglostar Peru SAC on 1 October 2012. Since 30 March 2010, Anglostar LLC was the exclusive distributor for DyStar products in the Andean region.

“The acquisition of Anglostar LLC is a pivotal move to accelerate the rapid growth that we are experiencing in 2012 in the Andean region. We have been working very closely with the Anglostar LLC management team since 2010 to help them develop and build their regional foundation. The combination of Anglostar’s excellent team and DyStar’s financial power will provide the Andean customers a strong and long-term supplier of dyes, chemicals, and services,” said Ron Pedemonte, President, DyStar Americas.
