LONDON, UK: Chemical company Elementis Group said its chief executive David Dutro plans to retire in 2016. Dutro has been with Elementis for 17 years and 2015 marks his ninth year as group CEO. The board is undertaking a search process from within and outside the company to identify and appoint a successor, it said.
The company said that Dutro was focused on driving the company’s strategic and operating plans and is committed to fully supporting the board in managing a successful transition.
