Enterprise completes acquisition of Azure’s midstream assets

HOUSTON, US: Enterprise Products Partners LP (EPD) said that one of its affiliates has completed the acquisition of the midstream business and assets of Azure Midstream Partners LP and its operating subsidiaries in East Texas and North Louisiana.
