Enterprise to sell 700,000 energy transfer equity LP common units

 

HOUSTON, US: Enterprise Products Partners LP will sell 700,000 common units of Energy Transfer Equity LP, owned by an Enterprise subsidiary to Kelcy L Warren, Chairman of the general partner of Energy Transfer Equity LP. Net proceeds of $29.4 million from the sale will be used by Enterprise for general partnership purposes, including the funding of growth capital projects.
