ESSEN, GERMANY: Evonik said it has entered into a licensing agreement with Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL) to offer hydraulic fluid formulated with Dynavis technology in India, which IOCL will offer to its customer effective this month.
“We are confident in introducing Servo Hyvis EE 46 formulated with Dynavis technology to our local customers. This oil will help the hydraulic equipment owners and operators (eg excavators, loaders etc) achieve higher levels of fuel efficiency and productivity,” said K L Murthy, executive director (lubes), IOCL.
“In laboratory tests and field validations, hydraulic fluids formulated to Dynavis technology performance standards have achieved fuel savings averaging around five to ten percent versus a conventional monograde ISO 46 fluid. Under extreme conditions, gains of as high as 30 percent were recorded,” said Carlos Vernet, marketing manager, Dynavis Asia Pacific.
