Donald D Humphreys, Senior Vice President and Principal Financial Officer, Exxon Mobil.

IRVING, US: Donald D Humphreys, senior vice president and principal financial officer of Exxon Mobil Corporation, has announced his intention to retire on 1 February 2013, after more than 36 years of service. Humphreys has been a member of the corporation’s management committee since January 2006. In addition to his financial management role, he has also been responsible for ExxonMobil’s fuels, lubricants and specialties marketing and global services operations.
