It is anticipated that the board will appoint D W Darren Woods as President of ExxonMobil Refining & Supply Company and elect him a Vice President of the corporation, effective from 1 August 2012. Woods is currently Vice President, Supply & Transportation, ExxonMobil Refining & Supply Company.
