Firmenich appoints new Chairman, Yves Boisdron

GENEVA, SWITZERLAND: The fragrance and flavor company, Firmenich, has elected Yves Boisdron as the new chairman of the board of directors as of 1 July 2013. Boisdron will succeed Vernon Sankey, who will retire from the board at the end of fiscal year on 30 June 2013.  Boisdron brings a comprehensive experience from his many years in the chemical industry, as well as a broad knowledge of emerging markets.
