SWANTON, US: Green Processing Technologies has entered into a joint venture agreement with Canada based CREEnergy Oil and Gas Co. The two companies will work together to provide state of art remediation solutions for existing environmental issues that are located on aboriginal lands in Alberta, Canada. The joint venture’s primary objectives are the remediation of land based oil spills and water based oil contamination. The JV is projecting that its first land based oil spill remediation contract will be fully executed in mid August.
