NEW YORK, US: International Flavors & Fragrances Inc (IFF) said it has elected former global chief operating officer of Ernst & Young, John Ferraro, to the company’s board of directors, effective immediately.
“We’re delighted to welcome John to the IFF board and look forward to leveraging his insights and financial expertise to further our strategic goals,” said Andreas Fibig, chairman and CEO, IFF.
Ferraro also served in several leadership positions, including as global vice chair of audit and as the senior advisory partner on some of the Ernst & Young’s largest and global accounts, IFF said.
