Indorama to relocate Avgol operations in Israel

BARKAN, ISRAEL: Avgol Industries 1953 Ltd, an indirect subsidiary of Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited (IVL) in Israel has decided to relocate its facility at Barkan site, (West Bank) operations within 2020. Avgol said that it will relocate to another existing site in Israel as part of its ongoing fibers transformation and cost savings program within the hygiene vertical of Fibers segment of IVL.

The company said that this move is expected to bring positive contribution to Avgol operations. In addition, the Barkan plant is not owned by Avgol. It is on lease agreement which will also expire in December 2020.
