Jacobs receives Honeywell’s production plant contract in China

PASADENA, US: Jacobs Engineering Group Inc has received a contract from Honeywell to provide Integrated Project Management Team (IPMT) services for a new production project in Zhangjiagang City, China. The contract value was not disclosed.

Jacobs is providing IPMT services, including basic and detailed design, permitting, project controls, quality, HSE management, procurement, and construction management services, with the option to provide commissioning and start-up support as required. The plant is scheduled to start up in the fourth quarter of 2014.
