NEW YORK, US: The Resolute Fund II LP, an affiliate of The Jordan Company, announced that it has acquired Vantage Specialty Chemicals from HIG Capital. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. “The management team has transformed Vantage from a portfolio of individual companies into a leading, vertically integrated specialty chemicals business. We look forward to partnering with the Vantage leadership team to continue building this premium brand, both internally and through acquisition, within the global specialty chemicals industry,” said Jonathan F Boucher, Managing Principal, Jordan Company.
