K+S appoints head of investor relations as its new CFO
Thorsten Boeckers (41) has been appointed as K+S’s new CFO, effective on 12 May 2017.

KASSEL, GERMANY: K+S AG said that its supervisory board has named Thorsten Boeckers (41), who has served as head of investor relations at K+S since 2012, has been appointed as its new chief financial officer (CFO), effective on 12 May 2017. He will succeed Dr Burkhard Lohr, who on the same date will take over the CEO position from Norbert Steiner.

“We are glad to entrust Thorsten Boeckers - a leader from within our company and proven capital markets expert with diverse experience - with this task,” said Dr Ralf Bethke, chairman of the supervisory board, K+S.
