Merck, ESK JV for functional fillers

DARMSTADT, GERMANY: Merck signed a cooperation agreement with ESK Ceramics GmbH, covering their functional fillers for the cosmetics industry. Merck will market Boroneige functional fillers under its umbrella brand RonaFlair. In addition, Merck will be responsible for application technology customer support. The agreement applies globally outside of North America and is effective immediately.

“We are convinced that our customers will benefit from our cooperation with ESK as it will give them immediate access to an even broader range of functional fillers. At the same time, Merck is ready to support them with application expertise and advice,” said Dr Matthias Lergenmuller, responsible for the global cosmetics business, Merck.
