Mitsui Chemicals, Kemira JV for acrylamide manufacturing technology

TOKYO, JAPAN: Mitsui Chemicals signed a licensing agreement for acrylamide manufacturing technology with Kemira OYJ. Mitsui Chemicals, positions its acrylamide business as one of ‘five priority businesses’ in its 2011 Mid-term Business Plan, will continue to target expansion of its global acrylamide licensing operations for which demand is expected to grow worldwide.
