TOKYO, JAPAN: Nippon Shokubai Co Ltd announced a change of President and Chairman, which was resolved at its board meeting held on February 24, 2011. Tadao Kondo was promoted to Chairman from his previous role as President. The company announced Masanori Ikeda as President from his previous role of Executive Vice President. The scheduled change will be effective from April 1, 2011.
