TORONTO, CANADA: Onex Corporation has completed the acquisition of Nielsen Expositions from its parent, an affiliate of Nielsen Holdings NV, for $950 million in cash consideration. Concurrent with the closing of the acquisition, the company was renamed Emerald Expositions Inc.
