O’Rourke Petroleum acquires Penco Oil

HOUSTON, US: O’Rourke Petroleum announced the acquisition of Penco Oil Company, expanding the company’s reach and growth potential in East Texas and surrounding states. O’Rourke will continue to seek expansion opportunities throughout Texas and along the Gulf Coast with leading distributors and businesses that are a fit with the company’s long-term strategic goals. O’Rourke currently provides a variety of petroleum products and services including lubricants, fuels, and related environmental services.
