Petro Rabigh names Abdullah Al-Suwailem as President and CEO

RABIGH, SAUDI ARABIA: The Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical Company (Petro Rabigh) appointed Abdullah bin Saleh Al-Suwailem as President and CEO of the company and executive member of the board of directors (temporary), succeeding Ziad bin Sami Al-Labban as of 9 September 2012. The company accepted the resignation of Ziad Bin Sami Al-Labban as he concluded his assignment period from Saudi Aramco Company.

Abdullah Al Suwailem will complete the current session of the board of directors which will expire on 2 November 2012. The resolutions of appointment to the board of directors will be submitted to the next General Assembly for approval following approval from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI).
