Pharmstandard to acquire API suppliers in Singapore

MOSCOW, RUSSIA: Pharmstandard OJSC, Russia’s leading pharmaceutical company, will acquire 100 per cent share capital of Bever Pharmaceutical Pte Ltd, a Singapore based active pharmaceutical ingredients supplier. Total consideration for the acquisition is $590 million. It is expected that Bever will be included in a proposed spin-off of the company’s branded over-the-counter business.
