BAKU, AZERBAIJAN: The state oil company of Azerbaijan, SOCAR has invited bids, a procedure for the turnkey construction of a plant for production of nitrogen fertilizers and urea with capacity of at least 2,000 tonne a day in the city of in Sumgayit in Azerbaijan.
The tender commission reports the plant should manufacture ammonia, urea and urea granules. The report has requested bids from applicants with 10 years of experience on designing and building of such plants. The bids are to be accepted till 15 December and the tender procedure will take place on 20 December.
