HOUSTON, US: Westlake Chemical Corporation (WLK) said that it has priced it's previously announced underwritten public offering of $500.0 million aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes due 2047. The notes will bear interest at a rate of 4.375 percent per annum and will mature on 15 November 2047. The sale of the notes is scheduled to close on 28 November 2017.
Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc, Goldman Sachs & Co LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are acting as book-running managers for the offering of the notes.
