Turbulent Contact Fume Scrubber ensures high removal efficiency combined with smaller tower sizes and has the ability to adapt the unit to changing process conditions. The features are it has a broad range of chemical resistance, it can handle gas volumes up to 80,000 m3/h, it has integral liquor distribution pipework, it has complex internal gas distribution capability and further is provided with completely thermoplastic construction.
Static Packed Fume Scrubber Tower is ideally suited to the normal gas cleaning application with no solids contamination and where process conditions are predictable. Its thermoplastic construction offer many benefits to the customers such as it can handle gas volumes up to 60,000 m³/h, it has integral liquor distribution pipework, it is provided with all-thermoplastic construction limiting internal and external corrosion and further is provided with a broad range of chemical resistance.
Chemical Injection Valves allows the safe injection of chemicals into the process line at full pressure. The probe usually features a 3mm (1/8") hole or spray nozzle allowing the injection to be dispersed into the process evenly. A check valve on the inlet prevents any back flow out of the process stream. The material of construction is CS, SS, Monel, Hastalloy, Duplex and High Nickel alloys. The bore sizes are 1/4” (6mm) to 8” (200mm) and further its temperature (max) is 1000 °F (538 °C).
