Hydrogen Peroxide Dilution & Blending System

Hydrogen Peroxide Dilution & Blending System combines water and additive streams to produce a high quality diluted product from a strength of up to 70% hydrogen peroxide. The system is skid-mounted and the package includes 316 stainless steel pipe fittings and valves. Materials of construction are appropriate for use with hydrogen peroxide and instrumentation can be designed to work with specific applications. The system features a remote display panel for operator interface. The multiple-stream blending function will automatically shut down if loss of raw materials or dilution error occurs. The control system is programmed to instantly self adjust the dilution streams in the event of flow rate variations. If the flow rate cannot be automatically corrected, a deviation alarm stops the dilution process, protecting the pumps and ensuring consistent product quality. The system provides a consistent final product of diluted hydrogen peroxide, allowing tight product specifications to be maintained and reducing loss of raw materials.

Batch Sodium Hypochlorite Production System

Batch Sodium Hypochlorite Production System is designed to produce 1000-3000 gallon batches of sodium hypochlorite. The basic principle of operation is to put water into the recycle tank and add 50% caustic until the strength of the caustic is approximately 6.75% (typical). Within a few batches, the amount of water and amount of caustic to be added will be established and then lines may be drawn on the tank to show the operators how much water and then caustic to add. The 50% caustic can be pumped into the tank or pulled into the system from the shipping container or a storage tank by partially closing the recycle tank outlet valve and opening the 50% caustic tank storage valve. After the caustic is mixed, chlorine is added to the solution to react with the caustic, except for a small amount of excess (0.2% by weight typical). The final excess caustic endpoint is controlled by the batch controller. Sodium Hypochlorite strength can be varied by changing the strength of the diluted caustic.

Sodium Hypochlorite Dilution & Blending System combine soft water and sodium hypochlorite to produce a high quality diluted strength bleach product. An optional caustic stream can be provided to add sodium hydroxide as needed, increasing the amount of excess caustic in the diluted bleach. This provides the ability to produce very specialized bleach products to meet a wide variety of customer specifications. It also provides the ability to receive high strength, low salt sodium hypochlorite shipments in higher concentrations and to then dilute the shipments to the desired bleach strength upon receipt. Sodium Hydroxide Dilution & Blending System

Sodium Hydroxide Dilution & Blending System are designed for diluting 50% caustic solution to reduced strengths such as 30%, 25% or 10%. The system is constructed with butt-welded stainless steel piping. Standard flow measurement is volume based using magnetic flow meters. Enhanced flow measurement based on the mass & density measurements of the concentrated caustic is achieved using an Alloy C-22 meter. This allows the dilution & blending system to automatically compensate for any variations in the concentrated feedstock. It can be used to increase the accuracy of batch bleach systems, automatically maintaining scrubber tower systems, bulk loading, and other project specific process requirements.

Sulfuric Acid Blending & Dilution System

Sulfuric Acid Blending & Dilution System is available as continuous or batch systems, dilute 93% or 98% sulfuric acid to any lower strength. The systems are automatic and include pumps and heat exchangers (if required) for the safe, accurate dilution of the concentrated acid. Systems are available for all flow rates and diluted acid strength. The system can be manually started by the operator or can be automatically activated by the optional control system. For very strong sulfuric acid dilution (i.e. 30%, 50%, or 70%), the system mixes the strong acid and water in the sulfuric acid reactor using high turbulence created with a specialized system design. Although the amount of heat generated is large, the unique design avoids high exit temperatures.
