425N4X Continuous Process Analyzer has many applications in industry where the measurement of one gas in a two gas or some multi-gas mixtures is required. The thermal conductivity cell is temperature controlled and its high stability enables it to be used even in high purity measurements. Since the cell does not consume the sample, have any moving parts, hot wires, or sealed chemicals, it will last for many years. It is widely used for continuous analysis of many binary gas mixtures comprised of H2, CO2, O2, CH4, SO2, Ar, He, NH3, SF6, air, and others. Its applications include heat treating atmospheres, welding gas mixtures, blanketing gas mixtures, ammonia synthesis, leak detection, purge monitoring, flue gas, magnesium blanketing by SF6 and others.

375WP Portable Flue Gas Analyzer have been designed for accuracy, reliability, ease of use and ease of service, providing a detailed analysis of flue gas composition. The sensors respond quickly to oxygen, CO2, and CO present in the flue gas sample. In operation, a built in sample pump draws in the flue gas sample through the S.S. probe, 12 ft. (4 m) sample hose, condensate removal filter, secondary filter and flow meter and then on to the three sensors. The detected O2, CO2 and CO are displayed on digital meters which have a switchable back light for use in dark areas. A special water separating filter and separate drain pump continuously remove condensate from the sample so the analyzer can be operated for long periods unattended.
470N4 Continuous Process Analyzer is used for continuous analysis of hydrocarbons including methane. It utilize a simple and reliable microprocessor-based non-dispersive infrared detector specific to CH4. The detector pulses an infrared beam of light through the sample tube, without the need for a mechanical chopper. In operation, the internal sample pump draws the sample gas through the filter/condensate trap, secondary filter, flow meter, and then on to the infrared detector. The detector output is digitally linearized and then displayed as percent or PPM CH4 on the digital meter. The output is also available as an analog or digital signal.
975A Continuous Analyzer is used for continuous monitoring of syngas and gasification atmospheres or other industrial process gases for any combination of methane (CH4), carbon dioxide (CO2), carbon monoxide (CO) and hydrogen (H2) and oxygen (O2). A non-depleting para magnetic sensor is used for O2 analysis. All sensors/detectors are temperature-controlled or temperature-compensated for maximum analytical stability. Auto calibration functionality allows easy calibration without user intervention. Electrochemical sensor is used for O2 detection and further NDIR infrared detector is used for the detection of CO, CO2 and CH4.
