Ecole Nationale Superieure de Chimie de Rennes was founded in 1919. For more than 90 years, the ENSCR’s ambition has been to train graduate engineers in chemistry for all businesses, for all branches of production, services, engineering and management,for industries in France, Europe and the World. Engineers with a qualification from the ENSCR are in demand in the job market and recognised for their mastery of the concepts and the tools of their trade. They are capable of running projects at national and international level with complete autonomy. Research at ENSCR resolutely in tune with the challenges of the society. Laboratories contribute significantly to the issues raised in the environment, health, materials or sustainable development . Scientific excellence and transfer of research results are the priority objectives of the ENSCR .The courses offered at the ENSCR is a complete post-baccalaureate device to obtain a diploma in Chemical Engineering (5 years) and / or a degree of Doctor (Bac + 8). Research conducted at the ENSCR is definitely in tune with the challenges of the society. The laboratories contribute significantly to the problems posed in the environment, health, and materials or sustainable development. The scientific excellence and transfer of research results are the priority objectives of the ENSCR. ENSCR participants in regional, national and international projects.
