University's Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry the Chemistry & Biochemistry Department is located on the third floor of the C. S. Mott Engineering and Science Center and has modern advanced laboratory facilties for teaching and research.Our ten full-time faculty in Chemistry & Biochemistry are committed to providing the highest quality teaching and research. Faculty expertise includes biochemistry, inorganic, physical, analytical, medicinal, polymer, and organic chemistry. Research participation by undergraduates is a required part of our program where students work on interesting and relevant projects.All Chemistry & Biochemistry students enhance their educational experience by participating in a required co-op learning experience. Through co-op and experiential learning opportunities, our students gain as much as two and a half years of on-the-job hands-on experience by the time they graduate. With small class sizes, exceptional faculty, state-of-the-art labs, modern instrumentation, and co-op, no one does Chemistry & Biochemistry like Kettering University.
