University of Granada

University of Granada was founded in 1531. It is a public university located in the city of Granada. It is the fourth largest university in Spain and today it is a benchmark for the quality of its teaching and research. The Faculty of Science consists of many departments. The Department of Biochemistry was formed in 1968. The department has three Research Groups. The Department plays an important part in teaching the first and second cycle extinguishes several Degrees and Levels of Biology, Chemistry and Biochemistry. The Department of Organic Chemistry of the University of Granada is recognized nationally and internationally for the excellence of its research work and training of its undergraduate and graduate students. Faculty of Science offers degree programs in chemistry, chemical engineering and biochemistry.
