Whittier College

Whittier College was founded in 1887. Since its founding the college has been a place of academic innovation. The College offers more than 30 majors and minors across departments and interdisciplinary and pre-professional programs. The Department of Chemistry at Whittier College is home to a dynamic group of scholars both faculty and students whose interests in the field of chemistry and biochemistry are broad and connect with many other fields, and who have a strong foundational knowledge and a passion for conducting cutting-edge research.
