Please mail to event@worldofchemicals.com with the delegate’s name, contact details (job title, email and phone number), their dietary requirements and if they are happy to share their details with our sponsors and exhibitors by 10th of March.
Preregistration helps you to receive your visitor badge before the show. This can save your time in filling visitor registration form onsite and queuing for getting your visitor badge upon your arrival at the exhibition hall.

Yes, however we would recommend you to register in advance. If you’re not on our systems and don’t have a badge or e-invite, you may have to queue and your entry to the show will be delayed.

Installation
Wednesday, March 11th, 2020: 7:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m. All crates and skids must be removed by 3:00 p.m.
Dismantling
Saturday, March 13th: 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. Although breakdown extends over two hours, exhibitors are instructed to take all items of value with them as they exit the Exposition Hall. Dismantling (pipe and drape, chairs, draped tables, etc.) will begin at 1:00 p.m. For safety reasons, children under 18 are not allowed in the Exposition Hall during installation or dismantling. No exceptions due to heavy equipment.

There are no exceptions to this rule. Domestic and international exhibitors must adhere to their respective height restrictions as this is an association rule made by our Exhibiting Members.
